Drop your sprite sheet into the window. The tool guesses the frame grid, splits a multi-row sheet into animations and plays them back right away. No sheet at hand? One button builds a sample for you.

• Slicing by cell or by grid, with a sheet row picker and a frame range.

• Feet alignment — the column is taken from the bottom rows of the body, so a swinging arm or a burst of blood never drags the creature sideways, and it stops hopping between frames.

• One palette for every pack: saturation, brightness, ambient tint, a cut for baked shadows, and all darks folded into a single outline color. Sprites bought in different places start looking like one game.

• Texture: grain, top light, speckles and a rim light — against flat plastic fills.

• One-pixel outline, honest nearest-neighbour scaling, cell padding.

• Export: a PNG sheet, frames as a zip, JSON metadata and ready-to-paste Godot 4 code.

Everything is computed in your browser, in a worker thread: the sliders never freeze the interface and your images are never uploaded anywhere. After the first load the page works offline.

Interface in English and Russian.

AI disclosure: the source code was written with an AI assistant. All artwork — the sample sprite and the cover — is drawn procedurally by that code; no image or audio generation models were used, and no third-party assets are bundled.
